Breaking Chains for Recovery

Breaking Chains for Recovery is a harm reduction-centered organization with a strong focus on treatment and long-term recovery. We provide a full range of harm reduction supplies and education to support safer use and prevent overdose. In addition, we offer chemical dependency evaluations and personalized referrals for all levels of care, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, and inpatient treatment programs. We often assist clients with transportation to inpatient facilities, removing one of the biggest barriers to accessing care. To support our clients beyond the initial steps of recovery, we offer a wide variety of recovery meetings and peer support options that meet people where they are, helping them stay connected and supported throughout their recovery journey.
